Possessive adjectives

  refer
ownership

and are used to show

to whom something  belongs to
or
who possesses something

Possessive Adjectives
 

modify 
  

nouns

          Following are the possessive pronouns

            my, our, your, his, her, its, their
possessive adjective modify nouns

 Therefore

 they are used before  another noun in the sentence

Possessive adjective + noun

 their

Therefore we can say

He moved to the UK in late 1970 and is well known for powerful and fun performance of his work.
